1996 Founding

Our company was founded in 1996 as Volvarber Bt with 100% hungarian ownership. The headquarter is located in Kecskemét. We were mainly engaged in commercial activity.

2006 -  Professional line – Official representations 

In 2006 our company became an Ltd. and our activity expanded with install, service and maintenance of the sold and other equipments.

Our final product range has been defined, the focus has been on flow technology equipment
(valves, actuators, control systems).

Our team built up gradually, our employees have gained significant professional experience.

The ISO 9000 quality management system has been introduced.

We made close partnerships and signed representation agreements with renowned Western suppliers

2013 -      Central site – Stabilizing market situation

We moved to a new self-built site with good accessibility. In addition to our office building, a well-equipped workshop and warehouse were handed over.

From the more popular items of our represented products, we have developed a warehouse stock for faster service.

By providing our workshop, we are able to perform a full range of assembly and installation tasks.

Our activity covers all industrial plants and factories where new technologies are installed or existing technologies are renovated, transformed or built and maintained.

We are present in the oil, energy, food and chemical industries.

Our base partner group has been established on both the Customer and Supplier side.

Our business has expanded with technical consulting, technical inspection and responsible technical management.

2015 -    Full service - Main Contractor activities

We provide full lifetime support for our distributed drives (from commissioning to dismantling).

We have obtained SCC certification for our company and our employees.

We further strengthened our market position by winning framework contracts.

Taking advantage of the market opportunities and the internal capabilities of our company, we launched our main business in 2015, providing project management and financing tasks.
