1. How is office administration possible?

• Our commercial office is located at Rezgő utca 2 H-6000 Kecskemét
• Customer reception time: on working days from 8 am to 5 pm
• We are available 0-24 hours on our mobile contact numbers for our framework contract partners.

2. How is it possible to receive goods in person?

Our company's head office is located at Kecskemét Rezgő utca 2, during opening hours (working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) at a pre-arranged time. In the case of a separate meeting, a different time can be arranged

3. What are the trade terms?

The basic trading conditions of our company are contained in our General Terms and Conditions. Deviating from the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions is only possible in the case of a separate written agreement

4. How are warranty cases handled?

Our company operates an ISO9001 Quality Management System, accordingly we have a procedure for handling warranty notifications. In all cases, please report the reported error in writing by entering the following data ( info@volvarber.hu )

• Transaction customer ID
• Transaction Volvarber identification number (e.g. VVB-xxx or KIV-xxx)
• Customer's contact person and contact information
• a detailed description of the reported problem, if possible supported by a photo

The report received is recorded on a complaint data sheet, which contains the main information of all the steps of the investigation.

We will investigate the reported warranty claim and, if justified, we will begin to remedy the error immediately.

In the event of an unjustified demand, we always look for an optimal solution together with the customer.

5. What are the basic data for a request for an offer?

Basic data differs for each product, in the case of special products, the information to be provided in addition to the contact details required for your offeror is summarized on the request for offer data sheet:

• Assembly request data sheet
• Electric drive tender data sheet
• FLUID drive request data sheet (pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.)

6. How is the office open during the year-end holidays?

According to our practice so far, the office is completely closed around December 20th, and we provide on-call services via our mobile contacts.

Administration of active deliveries is continuous.

7. What background support is provided for the products sold?

In addition to the commercial unit, our company has a service group. Accordingly, we provide the following background services for our distributed products:

• parts supply
• warranty services
• commissioning
• repair
• review/maintenance
• destruction/processing in case of motor drive
