Sizes: 9 available size of HOW/MPR - HOW8/ 82/ 9/ 92/ 10/ 11/ 112/ 115/ 13
Ratios: from 1229 : 1 up to 7171 : 1
Mechanical Advantge (MA): from 307 up to 2240 (Input torque x MA =Output torque)
Output torque ranges: 39 000 - 264 000 Nm
Valve top-flange connection sizes:
for standard designs F25 - F60 or by large baseplate design F40 - F60/ all sizes are available by large baseplate (except for HOW13)
Handwheels: by 200 - 1000 mm diameter (SG200-SG1200) - only in welded type (SG series)
HW selection procedure:
1. Gearbox MA x Motor input torque (Nm) = Output torque required for subject valve (Nm) -
Based on MA and needed output torque we determine the needed input torque value
2. From Diagram by HW sizes in vertical axis and input torques (in Nm) in horizontal axis - the available RIM effort (experimental data) are shown and we can read the optimal HW diameter (if we know the required input torque).
