RC-SR (single acting)-spring return pneumatic actuators:
The cylinders' pistons move due to the presence of air pressure inside the cylinder. Pressure works against the springs. Springs are mounted in separate cartridges at the end of the cylinders.
In case of air supply loss, springs' force either open or close the actuated valves.
1, Fail to safe OPEN valve position: RC-SRF actuators
2, Fail to safe CLOSE valve postion: RC-SR actuators
Depending on sizes either one or two spring cartridges/ housings are mounted on the cylinders.
a, RC210-230-250-270 means 1 pc of spring cartridge (or housing)
